Ever wonder about why you are not making a profit?
You're thinking, well I've got a good rig and it is running good, no breakdowns, fuel is high, but my mpg is pretty good, but why am I not seeing any money at the end of the run?
I'll tell you why....listen, there's no way any truck driver is going to make any money unless they have their loads set up and ready to go. You don't make any money sitting somewhere trying to find loads. Here's what you are doing ( I think I am right about this):

Get computer out and look up loads. WHAT'S IT COST TO HOOK THAT CELL UP TO INTERNET?

Contact Broker(s) to see if load is still available; LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALL?

Ok, great you got it, now fax in all your paperwork for approval (Insurance Cert.,W-9, Authority); wait a minute I'm out on the road; now I have to PAY for the faxing to and from Broker. PROBABLY AT LEAST 5 TO 6 PAGES TWICE @ $1.00 TO $2.00 PER PAGE???? ANOTHER $12.00 SPENT!

Call Insurance Company and have them send Certificate to Broker. LONG DISTANCE CALL?

Paperwork is now being faxed back somewhere (truckstop). PAY FOR FAXING?

Process starts back over again and again.
You know I'm right. Wouldn't you just like to drive, have all your loads set up from Origin to Destination (Origin called prior to getting there to confirm vehicle is ready) and then picking up your COD or COMCHECK? NO HASSLE WITH PAPERWORK? You've got money in your pocket to pay for fuel, etc!
Sound to simple? Too Easy? Well it is working for several of the drivers I am helping right now and with their 3/4 car wedge trailers; they are grossing between $3000 to $5000 per week.
Now, you are thinking, well how much of my money does Crossroads Dispatch want? All I want is 10% of your gross. You figure it up and see how much time you'd save with me handling everything for you. I think you'll agree You've already LOST MORE THAN 10% TRYING TO DO ALL OF THIS YOURSELF!

I can show you the A B C's to Auto Hauling and How to Make Money, BUT YOU HAVE TO LISTEN!!!!!!!!
(understand that is based on the above equipment, no limitations as to mileage that can be run, loads being picked up when scheduled and you having no downtime)
